Welcome home to Epsom House a fully furnished 2-bed apartment which can sleep six as there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. There is a balcony with furniture to sit and relax after a long day.
There is parking for 1 car only in a secure car park.
Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed that can be split into two singles upon request and has an ensuite bathroom with welcome soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body moisturiser and hand wash and hand cream on the sink, wardrobe with drawers, dressing table and bedside cabinets with all linen supplied. A single robe is provided for your comfort.
Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed that can be split into two upon request with wardrobe with drawers, bedside cabinets and all linen provided. A single robe is provided for your comfort.
The lounge has a sofa bed for two people to sleep with all linen provided, a dining table, 2 seater sofa, coffee table and smart TV.
Kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher and all the essential items needed for a home from home stay, including welcome tea, coffee, sugar, milk and cereals. A Tassimo coffee machine and pods are also provided.
The main bathroom has towels, welcome soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body moisturiser and hand wash and hand cream on the sink.
A hoover, ironing board, iron, airer and dustpan and brush are available in the flat. Please note washing must not be hung on the balcony.
Guest access is provided by the concierge on-site Monday to Friday 6.30 am to 6.30 pm or we will meet you outside of these hours. A fob will be given to you for access to the secure parking space if needed and a fob for access to the building with a key for the apartment.
Once in the apartment, a tablet is provided to enable you to check-in and provide immediate feedback on how the property is. From the tablet, you can access handbooks about everything in the apartment and how to use them. You can also find information about facilities locally and can make bookings such as an uber directly from the tablet.
You can also send a message directly to the host from the tablet.
The whole apartment is available for your use but please be advised that if 1 guest books then only 1 guest will be allowed access by the concierge, do not book 1 and then four guests turn up as you will not be allowed in. You have access to 1 parking space in a secure gated underground parking.
There is wheelchair access with a ramp in the main reception to the building, lifts and wide hallways.
Other Things to Note
This is a brand new apartment and there are still other apartments being built. These works have no impact on your stay as the apartment is in the front of the building and the works are right at the back.
The apartment has a balcony with 6ft sliding doors so you can sit and have a relaxing evening. Please note that this is a city centre apartment so there is some road noise when the patio doors are open.
